SHARED Welcomes New Board Member

SHARED is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. George Ferencik as the newest member of its Board of Directors.  Mr. Ferencik is a well-respected health care executive with extensive work experience in health care.

In addition to his knowledge and experience in health care, Mr. Ferencik has been involved in the nonprofit world, taking a leadership position in organizations such as the National Brain Injury Association.  His skills and enthusiasm are welcome additions to the SHARED team.

Mr. Ferencik was interviewed by The Tab in  an article called "Thinking Beyond Borders" and his decision to join SHARED.

It is with gratitude that we thank long-term Board member, Kathryn Kempton Amaral, for her six years of service with SHARED.  Kathryn stepped down from the Board in December 2010 after contributing leadership and dedication to the organization and the people we serve.
