Donate an Auction Item to SHARED

On September 25, 2007 , Archbishop Desmond Tutu will be the honored guest at a gala dinner at the Sheraton Boston Grand Ballroom hosted by SHARED . This event will raise funds to support SHARED's work to provide medicines and medical supplies to the world's poorest people. 

A silent and on-line auction is an integral part of this event. The online auction will run until the date of the event, September 25th so your donation can be viewed at any time.  Online bidding begins on September 4th and ends online on September 23rd.  The silent auction will conclude on the evening of the event.

Your donation of an auction item will demonstrate your support of our work to improve the health of the children of southern Africa and is an opportunity to showcase your generosity or your business to a wide audience on the Internet as well as the guests for this upscale and exciting event.

By generously donating to our silent and on-line auction, you will receive:

• A tax deduction in the amount of the fair market   value of the item
• A listing in the event program book
• A listing and display on the auction site (http://shared.cmarket.com ) as soon as your item is donated - registration is required but is simple and quick
• A link from our web site to yours and acknowledgement of your donation on our web site
